E-Tickets
- All tickets purchased online are valid for a single occasion only and are non-refundable. They cannot be combined with any other offer
- Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking
- If you have a voucher, you must apply the code before checkout. Voucher codes cannot be used or applied after the purchase is completed
- Tickets will be sent via email to the address provided during the order process. If you do not receive your ticket within 24 hours, please contact us by email at info@cefnmably.com or call us on 01633 680 312
- Children Under 18 Months: Children under 18 months old are admitted free of charge
- We do not offer any concessions
- If you wish to change your visit date, you must log into your account and make the change at least 48 hours in advance. A £2 fee per ticket will be applied for each date change
- Once you have purchased tickets online, a fee will be charged per session
General Conditions
- Admission to the park for children under 18 months is free. This does not include Santa Express
- Cefn Mably Farm Park reserves the right to alter its terms & conditions, pricing and details at any time without prior notice
- We reserve the right to remove any discounts or promotional offers at any time without prior notice
- All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. We do not accept responsibility for unsupervised children
- Vehicles parked on our premises are left at the owner’s own risk. Cefn Mably Farm Park is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings
- No dogs are allowed on the premises, except for guide dogs
