We have three fantastic party rooms available all year round, no matter the weather. During your 2-hour party slot, guests can enjoy full access to all our indoor and outdoor facilities! After all the fun, the children can tuck into a delicious buffet-style hot meal, complete with a drink and dessert.

Can we arrive early?
You can arrive 15 minutes early to decorate the room (please note that early entry before this is not permitted).
Can we bring decorations?
Of course, you’re welcome to bring decorations for the room, however we kindly ask you not to stick decorations to the wall with adhesives.
Are party bags included?
These are not supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own.
What’s the difference in the 3 rooms?
Nothing, they are all the same.
When do you need to know final numbers?
Final numbers on the day are fine, as everything is cooked fresh to order.
Can we bring a cake?
Yes of course, these are not supplied.
Is there a minimum number of children?
Yes; the minimum is 10 children. We ask that you book the maximum number of children you are expecting to invite, you will only pay the deposit for the 10 children £170, You then only pay for the ones who turn up on the day. (Please note our maximum number of children is 30).
What if some guests don’t turn up?
We will only charge you for the number of quests that turn up on the day (Minimum of 10 required). The final balance is paid on the day.
Do my adult guests need to pay an entry fee?
It depends on numbers, you get 1 free adult with every invited child, 2 free for the party child. Extra adults/children are charged at £8.50.
Are there any extra charges?
Most parties find that they do not need to spend anything else except for food and drinks for themselves. There are no other charges unless you choose to go on the train ride or play mini golf @ £3pp or a bag of animal feed for £1.
How do I update the children’s names and food choices?
All this can be done on the day; all we ask is that you bring a list of the children’s names with you and any allergens.
What happens after our party finishes?
Once your party time has ended, we hope all your guests have had a brilliant time. It’s then time to vacate the party room so we can prepare for the next booking, and you can settle any remaining balance at reception before you head off.
